Hall of Fame Awards Nominations
To nominate someone for one of the Hall of Fame Awards please either:
- Login with a username and password if you have already registered
OR
- Click on the Register button
Registration is required in order for you to add additional information if you do not have all of the requied information when you start the nomination process.
The following information is required for a nomination:
- Nominee name
- Your name
- Your address
- Description of why this person deserves this award
- The following three items will be skipped if the optional vita is uploaded
- Nominee’s education info
- Nominee’s professional experience
- Nominee’s professional involvement/organizations
Optional information for the nomination:
- Nominee contact information
- Nominee vita
- Nominee graduation year
- Nominee major
- Nominee degree
- Your contact information
- Your graduation year
- Your degree
- The following three items will be skipped if the optional vita is uploaded
- Nominee’s publications
- Nominee’s presentations
- Nominee’s honors and recognitions
- Nominee’s special achievement’s not previously mentioned
